Our future-proof vacuum cooling solution. Using minimum amount of cooling refrigerants, our glycol-based systems offer maximum cooling performance, at limited energy requirements. CE Certified.

Vacuum room:

• Inside room (w * d * h) 1.450 x 4.700 x 2.700 mm, with temperature probe & emergency stop 
• Cold wall (heat exchange system) inside, 16.4 with easy connect to the chiller. 
• Electric sliding door to the RIGHT

Internal ramp included.

Vacuum system: 

• 2 x  Busch R5/305 vacuum pumps (300 M3/h) 
• Power requirements: 7,5 kW (50 Hz) per pump 

Cooling system:

• Aermec stand-alone chiller NRB0352Y**E***03 (26 kW/ 45 Amps) with integrated  buffertank (300 l).
• Dimensions: 1100x2950x1680 mm / Weight (empty): 963 kg 
• Glycol mix: aprox 600 l  (25% glycol 200 l pure glycol)

• Siemens PLC control with touch screen | Schneider electrics
• Cycle control on (wireless) temperature, pressure or time.

Pneumatic air valves: NOTE: System supplied excluding air compressor! You can use central system (10 l/hr, 6 bar) or use simple (1,5 HP) compressor with water & oil filter.
